At Auke Bay Motor Lodge, we offer a seamless, keyless arrival experience. Booking, check-in, room access and check-out are all handled digitally from your phone, giving you the freedom to arrive on your schedule without waiting at a front desk.

Book Online
Book your reservation directly through our website. Please note that through booking you are automatically agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Confirmation Email
Receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your reservation.
ID Verification
Complete the ID verification process directly from your phone through our guest portal and sign our rental agreement.
Access Code
Receive an email providing check-in instructions, where to park, and your unique access code several days before your stay.
Check-In
Check-in to your room with your unique access code any time after 4pm.
Enjoy Your Stay
Enjoy your stay as well as everything Auke Bay has to offer. A few of our favorites are listed in the "Explore" tab of our website.
If you need anything during your stay, simply message us directly through the communication portal or text us directly. Starting in May of 2026 we will have a front desk located within our cafe on the first floor of our building; you're welcome to stop by for anything extra you might need during your stay.
Check-Out
Turn the lights off and lock the door behind you any time before 11am. We appreciate if you send us a message letting us know when you've left - but no worries if you forget!
