Statter Harbor is located in Auke Bay, Alaska, a short distance from the Alaska Marine Highway System ferry terminal. This harbor is approximately 35 nautical miles from downtown Juneau and 12 miles by road. Statter Harbor’s location provides easy access to local restaurants, a library, laundry and shower services, a post office, and the Capital City Transit bus lines for easy travel. Statter is primarily a transient harbor that gets all kinds of patrons: fishermen, charter operators, local boat-owners, live-aboards that call Statter home, and larger sailing and pleasure yachts.
